The following must be completed to process this complaint:
1. Installation in accordance with UK standard
2. Costs of registered failures not attributed to defect may be billed
3. Photographs of defects should be enclosed for the best possible assessment of errors
- In the case of defects in the glass a good quality photograph showing the defect must be attached
- In the case of damage the waybill must always be signed and photographs of the damage attached
- Response deadline for customers who register via our web portal will be within 3 days.
- If accepted for further processing by NorDan customer support, the customer will be contacted in five days by the responsible service coordinator.
